Khosrow Semnani, a Utah resident and naturalized citizen, was born July 24, 1947 in Mashaad, Iran.  Khosrow Semnani earned a dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Salt Lake City’s Westminster College in 1972.  Khosrow Semnani later earned a Masters of Engineering Administration Degree from the University of Utah in 1977.
